Firstly there was pre placement talk with candidates then intervew process begins which Consists of 3 rounds: First Round consists of 60 MCQs 60 minutes shortlisted candidates goes to one to one technical round Second Round Direct Technical Interview:All technical skills review and projects were discussed Third Round HR Interview

There were 2 interviews, the first one was over phone with HR. The second one was a panel with the hiring manager and my future peers. The whole hiring process took around 2 months.

One group interview that was it. It took them like 2 and a half months to hear back after constantly emailing and calling them. That's how HP inc works. Everyone is used to the politics and how things are there. So, everyone takes their time to do their work. It's all a game. They love hearing you will work all day and even on weekends. They value that because that means you are willing to do their work for them.

Literally, I had 1 phone call with my hiring manger, who was in Germany at the time. And never got interviewed with anyone else. 1 week later I received a call from the recruiter to let me know I got the job.
