I applied online for positions in California and Washington state because I have Structural Engineer Licenses in those states. I was contacted by a recruiter from their Las Vegas office via email for the Seattle based position. This recruiter told me she filled positions only for the Seattle offices yet wanted me to remove my applications from the positions I applied for in California. I asked the recruiter some very relevant questions about the positions. The recruiter failed to set up the promised interviews. I contacted their HQ office and received no return phone calls back. HDR appears to be a very disorganized company that uses stupid recruiters.

Interview consisted of a virtual meeting, followed by an in-person meeting to meet additional members of the team. Overall, they were flexible and available. They mentioned they would pay for travel to the San Antonio location but the reimbursement check was never received in the mail.
