I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at HDR (Billings, MT) in Dec 2013
Interview
Was more conversation then technical interview. Met with HR, then talked with a couple engineering managers. They handed me a packet of their benefits information went through that and they let me go back home. All travel, food and time was compensated by HDR for the Interview Called me 3 weeks later with a job offer.
