After sending my resume, I submitted an online recorded interview. Then I received a call to prepare for a video interview. Next steps were discussed about a couple days after.

I applied online. After around 2 month I get a mail for the interview. There were 3 senior engineers for that interview. They give some job information about the company and job role. After that, asked my past experience with the software like ETABS. They also asked some technical questions.
