Individual interviews with different people. Starts with the Section Manager, then passed off to a few people you would be working with in your team and discipline, then finally passed to the HR Manager.

Interview
One online interview then one in person interview. Super simple and mostly behavioral questions. Asked plenty of questions about what was on my resume and the interview felt more like a casual conversation. The process felt very streamlined and was overall a great experience, but sadly I found a another opportunity elsewhere that fit my goals better.
