Although the first interview was good, the second/final interview did not go well at all. Interviewer asked some borderline, condescending questions. After wrapping up the interview, I was asked what my hobbies were outside of work, to which the response was 'ok'. Finally, I was told I would be contacted regardless, given that it was a final interview, but unfortunately was never given any closure. I understand that early-on candidates are unlikely to hear back if they've been passed over, but for a company to conduct final interviews with only a few candidates and not even respond after reaching out? Terrible. Rude. I would never want to work for a company who can't be bothered to send you even a quick rejection email when you've reached the final stage of their interview process.

Related to the position but very general. Scenario questions, what would you do if this happened, how would you solve the issue. How to know you business, how to track the your process?
