I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at HD Supply in Mar 2024
Interview
Although the first interview was good, the second/final interview did not go well at all. Interviewer asked some borderline, condescending questions. After wrapping up the interview, I was asked what my hobbies were outside of work, to which the response was 'ok'.
Finally, I was told I would be contacted regardless, given that it was a final interview, but unfortunately was never given any closure. I understand that early-on candidates are unlikely to hear back if they've been passed over, but for a company to conduct final interviews with only a few candidates and not even respond after reaching out? Terrible. Rude. I would never want to work for a company who can't be bothered to send you even a quick rejection email when you've reached the final stage of their interview process.
