Le processus d’entretien etait tres bien. Un premier call en visio avec un talent acquisition puis une matinée d’entretiens techniques et RH sur site. Une visite a aussi etait organisée a la fin pour presenter les deux sites d’etudes et de tests.

Interview
The interview asked questions about how i would react to certain situations and my previous experience in aerospace. The interviewer was good, and asked to clarify your answers as needed and had follow ups.

How would you react if a supplier cancelled a shipment?
HR reached out to me. We had one round of interview and they went silent without any feedback even though they promised a feedback within a week. I think that’s not professional and shows the lack of respect to the other.
