I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at H&M (Thornton Heath, England)
Interview
After taking the required tests I was sent an email about two days later telling me that I was successful and that they wanted me to meet them.
The day was a Sunday which I found a little weird but I thought nothing of it, dress code was non-existent. Just wear what makes you feel good/ what's comfortable. Once I arrived at the store I was taking to the staff room and there were 5 other people with me, I found out that we'd be doing a group interview.
After everyone arrived we were taken to the shop floor and there was a space for us to sit. We spoke for a little, done a little ice breaker then we were split into two teams and given two activities. For the last activity we all worked as one big team. We then had the chance to ask questions.
This was honestly the best interview I've had. Normally I'm so nervous at interviews but because I had time to really loosen up, I felt comfortable and I knew that I wanted this job. Just be yourself, be polite and remember to breathe and have fun!
I got an interview with 2 interviewer. Common questions and some of professional. They provided relaxed atmosphere, make me feel easy. Especially how to deal with some problems. Not too hard.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at H&M
Interview
It was a group interview. They asked us about fashion and what we know about H&M and it’s background. We also had a task in groups to come up with good answers to the questions given, we also had to present.
It was a group interview, we did group tasks like styling people for different occasions and answering . It was pretty focused on the company values and if you have a love for fashion.
