I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at H&M (Oxford, England)
Interview
I applied online, through indeed had a call back which included a brief telephone interview (took ages to get back to me) then face to face interview although pretty sure they've started doing group interviews now. After I had the one to one interview they called me, again quite a while after to tell me I've got the job. During the process management seem very nice and friendly which made me more relaxed throughout.
I got an interview with 2 interviewer. Common questions and some of professional. They provided relaxed atmosphere, make me feel easy. Especially how to deal with some problems. Not too hard.
