Long, 6 interviews. Psychologist review and tests. Assessment day in teams and individual cases. Nice people but very long process and in the end the feedback was poor. However will apply again.
It was a very intense day planned out with group interviews about background, hands-on activities and also an HR interview. The important part with the hands-on activities was to provide the right thinking route since the questions themselves were easy. However they only hired 7% of all the people interviewed that day (135).

The process was as follows:
First round: ability test
Second round: telephone interview
Third round: assessment day with 3 interviews
Fourth round: final interview + personality test + reference check
The questions for the phone intetview was very similar to the questions I got for the assessment day to the HR interview.

2 case interviews, 2 hr interviews, 1 meeting w psychologist. Very long process, however a great learning and get to know the company well. Will apply again. Very important with leadership experience and skills. international experiences.
