Applied on their websites Was reached out to by their recruiter after about 2 weeks. Thought this was a scam at first because the recruiter’s message was - funky, but I did my research and confirmed it was legit. First was a video screening with the recruiter. No lie, it lasted 3 minutes. Very confused, but it went well and they said they were very interested in my experience. Second round was a 30 minute with 2 directors. Went pretty well and got invited to the next round. Third round was with a partner. Got on and he was a little late, which was fine. It was a cultural interview. He went through their core values, asking a question for each. Seemed like he was just trying to check off that he asked each one. Very little discourse and you could tell people had entered the room because he was looking elsewhere/talking. At times he even turned off his camera. Very unprofessional. Was also confused why they’d have a partner conduct this kind of interview. This last round made me feel like there was likely an internal candidate and they were just going through the required motions.
