I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Guidehouse (Washington, DC) in Apr 2019
Interview
Interviewed about 2.5 years ago! Three 30 minute interviews with a partner, director, and managing consultant. All questions were behavioral and on my past experiences. Recruiter was also great at giving me updates and even put my name in for another role when I wasn’t extended an interview for another role.

Question 1
Where would you like to see your career in five years?
Describe a time you had to work with a difficult client?
Painless. Comparable to other consulting firms. Includes cases, behavioral, and conversion with different level. Final interview in person sometimes depending on the office and position. The interview process was pretty quick in length. 3-4 rounds of interviews can be expected
1 talent screening phone call to understand background and what you are looking for and 1 round of interviews, mostly behavioral based in a group discussion. Interview itself was based on past projects I had taken on and how I managed them.
2 rounds with standard behavioural interviews, mini case and a prepared case presentation. First round was virtual, second round was in office. Interviewers were friendly and answered any questions about the firm.
