Interview
It was a quick interview process. I did one ~30 minute interview and then was hired. It was through a zoom platform due to in part to covid. The position was also all remote so they wanted to make sure I could motivate myself.

Question 1
The questions were mostly about why I wanted to work at guidehouse, or my skills and ability to work on a team. The position was focused on reviewing loans so they asked about my experience with that.

Interview
HR interview then two additional interviews. Very basic questions so just know your background and you should receive an offer. The NY office is in shambles and you will be micro managed so be aware
A manager reached out and had gone through my resume already. Asked me some questions relevant to the role and gave more insight into what the role would involve. There was no follow-up after that so I reached out and they said they were moving things around including that role.
There is a behavioral interview then take home case then a final behavioral interview. The behavioral questions ask about your consulting skills and project background to understand who you are as a a person.
