Greenwich University interview questions

Online application, and competency based interview. I got an offer, conditional to references, after a few weeks they came back saying the offer was withdrawn because they were unable to get satisfactory references. I could not believe it. They did not even checked whether I had a justification or I could provide alternative ones. Basically, do not trust their offers, are totally unreliable.
