The interview process overall was great and so well put together from communication to the level of questions and full transparency. The recruiter was prompt in setting interviews and follow ups (less than 24 hours). The process kicked off with a phone call with a member on the team, then the recruiter in which we discussed standard topics such as timing and compensation. After chatting with the recruiter, I was set up to have a phone call with the hiring manager. In order to get to the on site interviews you have to do a take home assignment, submit it for review and then you will be invited in for an on-site. The final stage is a phone call with a senior member of the team. Greenhouse does a great job in the interview process of allowing you to meet people from different teams and senior level management. Across all functions I met with, everyone was so positive about Greenhouse, passionate about the product and culture at Greenhouse. Although the interview process is lengthy and they truly put in the time to make sure you’re the best fit for the team and Greenhouse and will be set up for success!

Didn’t get past the case study. Interview with the manager went great but unfortunately I didn’t make it through the case study stage. All in all it was a Very thorough interview with several steps.
