Greenhouse's interview process is remarkably well put together (as one might hope based on what they do) and was incredibly pleasant. It spanned initial contact and technical review calls to remote skill assessment, and an onsite series of interviews to assess both capability and personality fit. Their hands-on challenges were delightfully well put together as well.
