Green & Tonic interview questions

A short interview asking about myself and why I wanted to work there. It was a very quick process. Started working there shortly after and spent one day shadowing before I began

I applied online, was called, and interviewed the same day. I was then contacted immediately after the interview for a trail to shadow the store manager for an hour. The interview was a casual conversation with some very interesting and compelling questions. The reason why I have a more neutral experience is that I did not hear back about their decision until I reached out. It felt quite unprofessional and unreliable.
