I only had to go through one interview before being offered the job. They wanted to know about my future plans to find out how long I would stay. They asked about my passion for wellness and food and why I was interested in the role. I had no prior experience in this industry but said I was eager to learn.

Interview
I applied online, was called, and interviewed the same day. I was then contacted immediately after the interview for a trail to shadow the store manager for an hour. The interview was a casual conversation with some very interesting and compelling questions. The reason why I have a more neutral experience is that I did not hear back about their decision until I reached out. It felt quite unprofessional and unreliable.
