Very busy salon, so we had a brief phone interview first and rhen a 20ish minute in person interview. They just want to know of you're efficient and if you are licensed and if you have a good personality. They really want people who will enjoy cutting hair and enjoying beint with each other. It seemed like in the interview they were just as interested in my professional ability as they were as getting to know me as a person. Definitely a nice interview process for sure.
