Advertised on University website . Initial contact by e-mail followed by Skype interview and online assessment. Then informal meeting with company director discussing the role and the company. This was followed by final interview in an assessment centre.

Interview
Intially a phone interview to get to know you a bit better. Then a second interview to understand your suitability for the role and previous experience. The last interview was with one of the C-suite members who asked competency and situational based questions.

i had to create a 15 minute powerpoint on a specific topic and interview about self and past work experiences on the resume presented and technical questions asking about personal experiences
