3 interviews with MDs and Partners scheduled over 3.5 months - 1 in person 2 over the phone, plus additional discussions with HR. Slow responses and communication from HR. Positive feedback was provided over the entire process. After 3.5 months GT scheduled another interview and decided not to extend an offer.

Three virtual interviews with peer, subordinate, and senior, followed by in person lunch interview with 3 partners. The virtual interviews were each 30 minutes, with the senior interview being the most difficult.

I met with HR and several partners of the firm. It was a conversational interview, included background and recent accomplishments. No behavioral questions were asked. Partners also shared their experiences both within the firm and other companies .
