The hiring process involves the following steps:
1) A written exam which is fairly easy and aims to weed out the competition. You have to be totally clueless to fail the exam.
2) The first interview is held by HR professionals. Standard cliche questions are asked that require standard answers.
3) The second interview is held managerial level employees of the company. The questions involve more technical questions that relate to the role you have applied for.
4) 95% of the positions are covered with people who already have an acquaintance in the company, usually a relative of top management. These 95% may have skipped one or all of the previous steps. The rest 5% of jobs is covered with the very best candidates that took part in the hiring process.
