The interview was very thorough. There were 2, one with the GovStrive managers and one with the client. There were a lot of specific questions. The process moved fairly quickly.
Very straight forward. 2 rounds (1st = phone screen, 2nd = director interview). You have to complete an assignment as a part of your interview package, but directions were clear.

Walk me through your resume, tell me about a time when you made a mistake, how would you approach/how do you feel about reading longer, more complex government materials, etc.
