Received a design test to create an app for pet dogs. Kept it pretty vague in terms of goals, but they suggested features like counting meal intake, activity log, etc.

Phone call interview. Design test given. On-site interview if you pass the Design test. Pros: - Met and spoke to some interesting people on the on-site interview Cons: - Not knowing the role you are applying for - Extremely long and secretive process - Recruiters were very slow and were using well known "overused" language to satisfy your requests. - No feedback after interview
