Couldn't reach round 3. I realized that I should be well prepared. I am trying to read books, asking help from peers and enrolled myself in the courses like udemy, taking help from AI to prepare
A whole day of interviews. Lots of open ended discussion. Lunch in the middle. More discussion after. Then, you go home and they tell you "sorry no" without much feedback.

Interview
There were four rounds of interviews. The first interview was about a 30 minute recruiter interview. The recruiter arranged for 3 additional 45 minute interviews with other Sr. TPMs. The first was with the managing Sr. TPM within the target team. The second and third were with Sr. TPMs in other organizations.
