Phone screening was difficult. Heard from a recruiter on LinkedIn and he bailed right before the interview and set me up with someone new. Started off easy and then progressively got harder. Asked multiple scenario questions. Didn’t hear back after.
Interview process is structured and challenging. Questions focus on problem solving, behavioral fit, and communication. Interviewers are professional. Preparation is key, competition is intense, but overall a positive experience.
