4 rounds, starting with the recruiting manager. proceeding to hiring managers and ending with other program managers.
A great aspect of the process is that they're aiming to understand your strengths and rooting for you to get selected, as compared to other companies that are looking at eliminations.

The interview scheduling was long and had multiple cancellations throughout the process, causing a delay and misalignment in expectations. The interviewer was not prepared/informed on what questions to ask which was really disappointing, especially considering company like Google.
