It took three months until a recruiter at Google contacted me. I had three phone interviews: my first interviewer was someone from the Dedicated Customer Service team. This person seemed to be a bit nervous or in a hurry and asked very generic questions as in 'tell about a time when...'. About two days later a second person, my future boss, phoned me. Her questions were a lot harder and she asked what I could contribute to her team. Google told me they would get back to me very soon, but it took two other weeks until my recruiter contacted me. She just wanted to ask 'a few questions' in fact this was an interview in disguise . The offer came one week later. Never had such a well-paid nice summer job.
