the interview at Google was a very streamlined process. because of the pandemic, the entire process was completed virtually and it was awesome. i highly recommend interviewing at Google if you want to have a very awesome interview experience
Pretty structured and standard process, got asked expected questions. Balance of questions on attainment, performance and behavioral. Each of my interviewers as well as HR were organized and professional. The process ran smoothly over around 5 weeks.
4 rounds that involved 2 introductions to management and 2 introductions to your team. Very conversational and professional with some added questions about the specific vertical I was applying for.
