Very traditional and not something I would expect from such a forward thinking company. Not much effort put in to try to get to know the person, rather a bunch of robotic interview questions I heard 10 years ago.

What do you think the main challenges of this role will be
There’s no actual interview process — they don’t communicate updates, and most applicants never even receive a rejection or follow-up, leaving the entire experience opaque and impersonal. It feels impersonal, unstructured, and gives no insight into where you stand.

Interview
The interview process for the project manager role began with a phone screening to verify qualifications. This was followed by two rounds of interviews—one technical and one behavioral. Afterward, candidates were asked to complete a task, leading to the final decision.
