Extremely lengthy and time consuming process , I have been ghosted after about 5 interviews ( apparently all went well and I had two to go) then told the position changed and they were not longer hiring for the role. Fast forward a few months I have been contacted again , but the TA team pretended that I would redo all the interviews from the start so I politely declined , which was disappointing as I was very interested in the company and had a great connection with two other Assistants that interviewed me. Lack of feedback and understanding from the TA team really put me off.
