First interview with HR was a bit odd in terms of tone, jumped from standard experience based Qs to very poor generic interview questions (biggest weakness is such a cliche I don't think it belongs in any interview).
The second interview was more freeform and went into general engineering style and discussion of experience. Received no further contact after this, even when I followed up requesting feedback. I think if someone takes the time to interview twice, they at least deserve the courtesy of a response when unsuccessful.
