As a professional courtesy they sould call and give the review. It was a very bad experience. Its always good in either case when you hear back from your interviewer.

Only 2 rounds of technical interview happened and it was very smooth. 1 st round was from a lead and 2nd round was from a manager. HR discussion was very good, explained about the perks and benefits and offered as per company and market standard.
