Two interviews one with the IT Manager and one with the Director. They know what they are looking for. The IT manager is a very kind and intelligent person with a lot of experience on many subjects. The Director just wants to see more about your personality.

C# and general .net questions some tricky mind questions. They want you to know how you solve some real life problems. They want you to know how much money you "deserve" and why.
