I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Globant (Montevideo) in Feb 2011
Interview
Short. They just needed a Business Analyst, no matter what. The main interviewer used to work for an Indian company, where no matter what, she had to recrute hundreds of employess, not neccesarily the best, just 100. In my case that was good, but on some others cases, the position is filled with the first person that shows up to the interview, and not with the most fit.
English interview and technical interview. The first one is a conversation and the second one is about gathering the requirements from Airbnb’s website. It should have some detailed and an explanation of the requirements you identified.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Gather requirements from Airbnb websites and write them down
It was very friendly, and the interviewer was open to questions and eager to talk about the benefits they offer,
also, the process went smoothly and the two other peers were asking technical questions.

Question 1
They asked me about my experience, the projects I have worked on, and the tools I typically use in my daily work.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Globant (Barcelona) in Nov 2024
Interview
Proceso largo y sin sentido.
Muchas entrevistas más de 5, y muy mal feedback desde recursos humanos por no decir inexistente.
Te envían a una entrevista con cliente final sin decirte para que puesto específico es, ni de que se trata el proyecto.
