Hiring process is fast.
Round 1: Technical - Explain the project and work done
Round 2: Techno manager - Two problems given, solve within a given time, explain different design patterns
Round 3: HR, the person would ask your expectations but offer whatever within the policy. There are nothing in favor of interviewee even though all good during the process.
HR will negotiate at very low level.

I went through entire interview process with 2 rounds of globant interview and 2 rounds of client round and 1 rounds of HR discussion and finally they told I am going to receive offer with all my details submitted.Later on offer was released no communication and finally got to know from recruiter that position was kept on hold. What a waste of time.
