Very conversational. The biggest things they are looking for is culture fit, hustle and coach-ability. The interview was conducted by two people. They ask their questions based on your resume and give you the opportunity to ask your questions. Additionally, they let the interviewer shadow an employee and want to see you level of interest/curiosity as you’re doing so.
