hiring process seriously needs to be looked by thr management... no proper scheduling of interviews from one round to another...
Technical round was horrible... interviewer was more interested in knowing tell me the exact method name and class name. this class is present in which package.. tell me the exact syntax of implementing security and all methods with parameters...
seriously globallogic??? you expect candidate to memorize all those things...
then the managerial experience was equally horrible... manager also started asking... tell me the size of this this collection class... default value of thia class... default value of that thing... no logical or scenario based question were asked...

La entrevista se basó en hacer preguntas muy específicas sobre Java. Las preguntas eran ambiguas y mal formuladas, eran presentadas de forma oral y requerían una respuesta de forma oral. El entrevistador no daba aclaraciones en caso de que no se entienda la pregunta. De por sí no es una buena forma de entrevistar, y por lo tanto mi seniority fue aplastado. Para colmo, el entrevistador tenía muy malos modales y me trató de mentiroso, incluso acusándome de que había mentido en mi CV.
