Very straight forward. Came in through a promotion so the company already knew me well. Asked me normal questions like strengths and weaknesses, how I handle pressure, how would I handle employee conflicts. Also asked about organizational and marketing skills.They also asked some ideas of how I would handle specific errors in terms of operations such as the system going down. Overall the experience was great and pretty simple.
