Interview
I was contacted by recruiter via linkedin as a possible fit, scheduled zoom session with another recruiter 3 days later. The recruiter on the phone was late, didn't apologize . When we began the interview it didnt even feel like a conversation, he was only reading from a questionnaire and updating his file with my response. It was so difficult to carry the whole conversation as this gentleman was not even remotely interested talking to me.
I got a response 48 hours later that i didnt pass the phone screen upon which i requested some feedback to understand what they were looking for. There was no response thus i send the recruiter another email 10 days later . Again nothing.
My advice : Educate recruiters to provide feedback even if its negative, people invest time to prepare for those calls and the least you can do is reply back.
