The interview process consisted of one call with a recruiter, one call with a team member/peer, one call with the hiring manager and one call with a C-suite leadership. The process was conducted in a professional manner and was completed from the first screening call with the recruiter to offer within 5 weeks. Each next step was completed within a week. Communication was very effective from the team. The in-person interview was not required. All calls were over a video chat.
