Entretien avec RH puis avec les responsables du poste.
Personne n'a jugé utile de me rappeler ou de m'envoyer un petit mail pour m'informer de l'issue de ma candidature. Ghosting pur.
Entretien de plus de 3h avec la RH et le responsable hiérarchique. Nombreuses questions classiques mais aussi des éléments assez troublants (réponses contradictoires sur les règles de télétravail et sur l'existence ou non d'une grille salariale, heures supplémentaires jusqu'à 21h à 23h)

Interview
First round of interview with managers with classic fit questions which went very well. But then no one got back to me until I sent an email myself. Then, second round with HRs that kept insisting on how boring and not stimulating the job was (testing my motivations? still not sure). I also had to insist a lot to have a return on why I was not selected for the job.
