Recruiter reached out to me saying he was extremely interested in talking to me and to provide availability. I did, and didn't hear back for 3 weeks. He finally responded after my 3rd email to him, and then we did speak on the phone (he was 40 minutes late calling me by the way). Was told I'd hear back in the next week about next steps. I reached back out a month later, and he said they'd gone with another candidate. Would have been nice to know without having to constantly reach out. Terrible and unprofessional experience.
