My interview process for me was great. Much of the interview really showed that they were as equally interested in the intangible qualities a new member can offer just as much as their skills on paper.

What is your current salary and what do you want to make? Talking about past or current salaries seems irrelevant when comparing it to the position being filled and the qualifications of the interviewee.
