Interview
There are four steps in the interview process, including: 1. Submit resume and portfolio 2. Design Challenge 3. CEO interview 4. Meet the team After passing all these, you could get an offer.
I applied online, and got an invitation for interview. You can choose your convenient time for interview through the link they gave. Then you can get the link for the actual invitation link for interview meeting(Zoom) through email.
