Recruiter Screen CEO + VP People interview (skills + example based, culture checks) ---break over Xmas, not a problem --- Task based exercise - a couple of days to prepare which included ARR analysis, looking at sales enablement space and prioritisation of strategy and roadmap. Then an unplanned question and Q&A. (I successfully passed this stage then asked for another chat with the CEO then decided to withdraw after I got another offer) It would have then been a visit with the team in Malmo.

Interview

It was unclear and a bit weird in terms of the order of things. I was asked to do a case study (a hefty one) BEFORE even meeting the manager. It's important for companies to understand that it's a date for both parties. I also need to see that it's a match for me. Therefore I gave the feedback that I'd like to meet the manager before spending x amount of hours with a case study.
