The interview process was drawn out due to COVID. I had a phone interview, an in-person interview, and a technical interview (with an early version excel sheet?). I was told that they hired someone else but then I was asked to come back for another technical interview (???). I declined to come back without knowledge of how the interview would go or feedback. Ultimately, I felt like the company is great, but management is indecisive, and the interview process was overly complicated.
