Excellent HR and technical departments
- very specific and accurate questioning techniques.
- They had 3 interview phases, the first being a telephonic interview, followed up with a 1 on 1 HR interview; followed by a Technical Interview for Documentation by a 3rd party expert (via conference video call) and a management panel.
