General Motors (GM) Algorithm Design & Development Engineer interview questions

15 mins phone screen then 1 hour technical Skype interview in March later 1 hr behavioral interview which was onsite in the month of May, Markham, Ontario. I was really disappointed with their process, I had high hopes after my interviews as it went really good with the engineering managers. But unfortunately it is been 6 months I have not heard a rejection or an acceptance ( now that I don't expect ) from the HR. I tried to contact n number of times, nobody knows the status of my application. I am really disappointed how on how they handled my candidature. I would sincerely ask the team to respect our effort that we put into building a career and the least you could do is give us feedback about our interviews, in fact which is your job to find out instead of telling me we do not have any update for 3 months. Future young applicants, move on if you do not hear from them in 3 weeks. They really do not care how interested are you in the position or how good you crack your interview. All they care is work experience, which we do not get until someone hire us in the fist place and how awesome we work .

I was interviewed by a member of the GM recruiter team over the phone. She asked me about my background and 2/3 behavioral questions. Then she told me I will be contacted by an HR person soon. Since then my application is showing HR Review. It is now more than one month.
