The process was pretty straightforward - 1 phone screen and the last one was a virtual panel interview of 3. The problem was the job advert, it was different than what the hiring team was looking for. Sucked. What's worse is, they don't give feedback on your application. Even if I failed, I would have liked to be notified about it. You think they'd care about candidate experience given how big a brand they work with!
